Refund Policy

The rule in one sentence

You can have your money back as long as CARBON has not yet done anything for you. The service starts the moment you pay; the moment CARBON first runs on one of your accounts — a sync, a raid, a market run, any automation — the month is used, and it is not refunded.

First purchase, unused: 14 days, no questions

If this is your first paid plan with CARBON, you ask within 14 days of paying, and CARBON has not yet run on any of your accounts, we refund the full amount. Write to [email protected] or use the "Refund" button on your order. The plan is closed when the refund is issued. Whether CARBON has run is recorded on the order itself (the first sync of the plan), so the answer never depends on anybody's memory.

Why it is written this way

A plan that ran for one day did the work you paid a month for — the game's rewards it earned you cannot be given back to us. Refunding it would be paid for by the customers who stay, so we do not. Everyone gets the same honest deal: try it for free with the free slots, pay when you decide, and keep the right to change your mind until CARBON actually works for you.

Later purchases and interrupted service

For a second and later plan, or after CARBON has run, we refund the unused full months of your term when:

• CARBON was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row for reasons on our side;
• we removed or stopped a feature you paid for and did not replace it;
• we changed the terms of service and you do not accept the change;
• we end the agreement ourselves other than for abuse.

What is not refunded

• Months in which CARBON ran on any of your accounts, even for a day.
• Actions of the game operator against a game account (warnings, restrictions, bans). CARBON does not control them and does not promise they will not happen.
• The proxy included with your slots is part of the plan and follows the same rule as the plan. IP add-ons bought before the proxy was included are not refunded for months in which the IP was already provisioned to you, except under the four cases above.
• Plans closed for abuse under section 7 of the terms, including copying or automated access to CARBON itself.

How and when

Refunds go back to the PayPal account that paid, within 10 days of our confirmation. We confirm every request by e-mail or Telegram; if we refuse, we say why.

Consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by this policy.
