Terms of Service

1. What CARBON is

CARBON UI ("CARBON", "we") is a web dashboard and automation tool for the browser game Ikariam. You add your own game accounts; CARBON shows them on one board, runs the routine work you configure (raids, markets, capture points, army and navy, daily tasks) and sends you alerts on Telegram.

CARBON is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Gameforge 4D GmbH, the operator of Ikariam. Ikariam and Gameforge are trademarks of their owners.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You may add only game accounts that you own or are explicitly allowed to manage. One CARBON account is for one person or one organisation; do not share your sign-in with others.

3. Your responsibilities and the game operator's rules

Using automation with Ikariam may be against the game operator's terms. You decide whether and how to use CARBON with your accounts, and you carry that risk. CARBON does not make an account "undetectable", does not promise that an account will never be warned, restricted or banned, and does not sell any way to obtain in-game items or currency cheaper than the game operator's own shop. CARBON has safety features (pauses, pacing, alerts); they reduce risk, they do not remove it. We are not responsible for what the game operator does to an account. You may only add or connect accounts you are authorized to use - your own, or ones whose owner has allowed you to run them - whether you add them with a password, paste a session, or connect them with the CARBON browser extension; connecting an account you are not authorized to use ends the agreement under section 11.

4. Plans, prices and terms

Plans are sold in slots (the number of game accounts) for a term of 1, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout; there is no other price list. Plans do not renew automatically unless you switch auto-renew on at the checkout - the switch is off unless you turn it on. Without it we remind you before your term ends; if you do not buy a new term, your slots stop working and your data is kept for 90 days so you can come back. With auto-renew on, you approve a PayPal subscription once and PayPal charges the same list price at the end of every term until you cancel - on your account page or at PayPal, at any time, with no notice period; we remind you three days before every charge; cancelling stops future charges and the running term ends on its date. Each charge is an order under these terms; the refund policy applies to it like to any other.

Changing plan. You can buy a different plan at any time. More slots: your accounts stay and the new slots are yours the moment the payment lands. Fewer slots than the accounts you run: at checkout you choose which accounts stay; the others are archived when the new plan starts - not run, not shown, kept for 90 days and restored with one click when you have a slot for them, deleted after 90 days. The unused time of the plan you replace is not lost: it is converted into days on the new plan by value (remaining days × old monthly price ÷ new monthly price). A prize or trial never shrinks a running plan; it is added to it as days of equal value.

From time to time we issue coupons: a code that gives a trial (a number of account slots for a number of days, free) or a percentage off one order. A coupon works once per customer, only while it is valid, and may be withdrawn at any time - a plan already granted by it stays. A trial ends on its day and renews nothing; it has no cash value and is not exchanged for money or credit. Coupons obtained by fraud, resold or generated by abuse are void, and section 7 applies.

We may offer a customer who is about to leave (cancelling auto-renew, letting a plan expire, or asking for a refund) a reduced price on future orders. Such an offer is personal, is made once, must be accepted within the period shown, and once accepted applies to that customer's later orders (including auto-renew set up afterwards) until we withdraw it with 30 days' notice on the account page. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not change the price of an order already placed.

Every plan includes a proxy for each account slot, assigned by CARBON automatically the moment your plan starts and whenever you add an account - there is nothing to set up or pick. It is described exactly as it is delivered: the IP is reserved to your account inside CARBON - no other CARBON customer uses it - but the upstream IP is a shared datacentre IP, rotated when it gets blocked. Nothing is sold on top of the slots: there are no add-ons, no separate proxy or IP products and no other fee, and the checkout shows exactly one amount. Should an order of yours from before this rule name anything extra, you keep what that order bought for the term it was bought for.

5. Payment

Payments are made on PayPal's own pages - with a PayPal account, or as a guest with a debit or credit card where PayPal offers it - or, when we offer crypto and you choose it, on NOWPayments' invoice page. The checkout shows which of these are available at the moment. We never see or store your card, bank or wallet details; we store the transaction id, the amount and the date. A crypto payment is confirmed by the network and cannot be reversed by us: when the refund policy grants a refund of a crypto order, it is paid by hand within 10 days to a wallet you name, in the same currency and amount in US dollars as the order. A plan is activated when PayPal confirms the payment for the exact amount of the order. The service starts immediately on activation, at your express request; your right to withdraw ends when CARBON first runs on one of your accounts, as the refund policy explains.

An order can be paid in part or in full with the balance you earned under the affiliate programme (section 14). Balance is a discount on CARBON's own plans, not money: it is never paid out, cannot be transferred to another person, and when an order that used balance is refunded only the amount actually paid through PayPal is returned. An order fully covered by balance activates the moment it is placed.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable use

Do not use CARBON to harass other players, to break the law, to attack or probe our systems, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. Do not add accounts that are not yours.

CARBON's pages, code, texts, layouts and data formats are ours. You may use them through your own browser to run your own accounts, and for nothing else: do not copy, download, scrape, mirror, decompile or reproduce them, do not access CARBON with scripts, bots or tools other than a normal browser, do not share or lend your session, and do not build or help build a competing service from what you see here. CARBON watches for this — automated or unusually broad access, many sessions on one plan, mass exports — and an account that does it is suspended, its plan ends without refund, and we keep the evidence.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; refunds in that case follow the refund policy.

8. Availability and changes

We run CARBON with care but on a best-effort basis: there is no uptime guarantee, and the game operator can change the game at any time in ways that break a feature until we fix it. We may change or retire features; if a change removes something you paid for, the refund policy applies.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy at https://carbonui.app/privacy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to CARBON is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for the loss of a game account, in-game assets or progress.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time; delete your accounts from CARBON and let the term run out, or ask us to delete everything. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break section 7; unused full months are refunded under the refund policy unless the ending is for abuse.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce changes on the dashboard and by Telegram at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, stop using CARBON before that date and ask for a pro-rata refund of unused full months.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply where you live. Operator and contact details are in the imprint at https://carbonui.app/imprint. Contact: [email protected].

14. Affiliate programme

Every customer has a personal invite link (`https://carbonui.app/r/CODE`). When a person who has never had a CARBON account opens your link and then signs in for the first time within 30 days, that person is recorded as invited by you - once, permanently, and only if they are not you. From then on, 10 % of every payment they make to us for a plan is credited to your balance automatically, once per order, the moment the payment is confirmed. The invited person pays the normal price; your credit is never added to their price and never taken from what they receive.

What the balance is: a discount on your own future CARBON plans (section 5). It has no cash value, is not paid out in money or any other form, cannot be sold, transferred or inherited, and ends when your CARBON account is deleted. A credit is reversed when the order it came from is refunded, reversed or charged back, and if your balance has already been spent the reversal is set against your future credits. You are responsible for any tax consequences of the programme where you live.

What is not allowed, and voids every credit involved and may end your account under section 7: inviting yourself or accounts you control; creating or paying for accounts to earn credit; placing your link where it is unwanted - spam, unsolicited messages, other communities' channels or the game operator's forums and chats against their rules; paid advertising on the CARBON name or brand; presenting yourself as CARBON, its staff or its partner; describing CARBON in ways section 3 does not - as free of the risks named there, or as a promise about the game operator; or hiding the invite link behind another link or an automatic redirect. You may say that you use CARBON and that you earn a credit when people join through your link; we ask that you say so plainly.

The programme is a voluntary benefit, not a contract for services from you. We may change the rate, the rules or end the programme with 14 days' notice on the dashboard; credits already on your balance stay spendable for at least 90 days after the programme ends. We may withhold or reverse a credit while we investigate a suspected breach of this section and will tell you the outcome.

15. Giveaways

From time to time CARBON UI holds giveaways in its Discord community. No purchase is necessary; entry is free and open to members who are at least 18 years old, not members of CARBON's staff, and not barred by the law where they live. One entry per person. Winners are drawn at random by our software among the valid entries when the giveaway closes; the number of winners and the closing time are stated in the giveaway itself.

The prize is a CARBON plan of the stated slots and term, granted to the winner's CARBON account. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold, and is used under these terms like any other plan, including section 3. A winner whose Discord account is not yet linked to a CARBON account has 30 days to link it (the `/verify` command on the account page); after that the prize is forfeited and may be drawn again. Entries from duplicate, automated or impersonating accounts are void; we may cancel or re-draw a giveaway where fraud, a technical error or the law requires it. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Discord Inc. or by Gameforge 4D GmbH.

16. Community

CARBON UI runs a community server on Discord, reached at `https://carbonui.app/discord`. Discord is a separate service under its own terms and privacy policy. The server has its own rules, posted in it; our staff and our own bot enforce them (a message with an invitation to another server, mass mentions or `@everyone` from a member is removed automatically) and may mute, remove or ban a member who breaks them. What members post is their own, not ours, and we do not review it before it appears. Linking your Discord account to your CARBON account is optional; you can unlink it at any time on your account page, and it only tells the bot which member holds which plan. Nothing said in the community changes these terms, and support answers given there describe what CARBON does, never a promise about the game operator.

17. Support, bug reports and feature requests

Support is given in the dashboard's help pages and guide, by message to our Telegram bot (a plain message opens a support ticket, which a person answers in the same chat), by e-mail at [email protected], and in the community. From the dashboard you can also send us a bug report or a feature request; both reach our support mailbox and are read by a person. A feature request is a suggestion, not a promise: we decide what to build and when, and by sending one you allow us to use the idea without payment or credit.

We will never ask you for your CARBON or game password, your payment details or a code from Telegram - not by e-mail, not by message, not in the community. Anyone asking for them in our name is not us; do not answer, and tell us at [email protected]. Answers from our support describe what CARBON does and how to use it; they are never a promise about the game operator (section 3).
