Terms of Service

1. What CARBON is

CARBON UI ("CARBON", "we") is a web dashboard and automation tool for the browser game Ikariam. You add your own game accounts; CARBON shows them on one board, runs the routine work you configure (raids, markets, capture points, army and navy, daily tasks) and sends you alerts on Telegram.

CARBON is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Gameforge 4D GmbH, the operator of Ikariam. Ikariam and Gameforge are trademarks of their owners.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You may add only game accounts that you own or are explicitly allowed to manage. One CARBON account is for one person or one organisation; do not share your sign-in with others.

3. Your responsibilities and the game operator's rules

Using automation with Ikariam may be against the game operator's terms. You decide whether and how to use CARBON with your accounts, and you carry that risk. CARBON does not make an account "undetectable", does not promise that an account will never be warned, restricted or banned, and does not sell any way to obtain in-game items or currency cheaper than the game operator's own shop. CARBON has safety features (pauses, pacing, alerts); they reduce risk, they do not remove it. We are not responsible for what the game operator does to an account.

4. Plans, prices and terms

Plans are sold in slots (the number of game accounts) for a term of 1, 6 or 12 months, paid in advance in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout; there is no other price list. Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before your term ends; if you do not buy a new term, your slots stop working and your data is kept for 90 days so you can come back.

Every plan includes a proxy for each account slot, described exactly as it is delivered: the IP is reserved to your account inside CARBON, but the upstream IP is a shared datacentre IP, rotated when it gets blocked. Nothing is sold on top of the slots. Add-ons bought before the proxy was included (a Proxy Pack, a Private IP used by nobody else, or the Shared Pool that shared an IP between accounts on different game worlds) keep what they bought for the term they were bought for, and are not sold any more.

5. Payment

Payments are made on PayPal's own pages. We never see or store your card or bank details; we store the PayPal transaction id, the amount and the date. A plan is activated when PayPal confirms the payment for the exact amount of the order. The service starts immediately on activation, at your express request; your right to withdraw ends when CARBON first runs on one of your accounts, as the refund policy explains.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable use

Do not use CARBON to harass other players, to break the law, to attack or probe our systems, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. Do not add accounts that are not yours.

CARBON's pages, code, texts, layouts and data formats are ours. You may use them through your own browser to run your own accounts, and for nothing else: do not copy, download, scrape, mirror, decompile or reproduce them, do not access CARBON with scripts, bots or tools other than a normal browser, do not share or lend your session, and do not build or help build a competing service from what you see here. CARBON watches for this — automated or unusually broad access, many sessions on one plan, mass exports — and an account that does it is suspended, its plan ends without refund, and we keep the evidence.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; refunds in that case follow the refund policy.

8. Availability and changes

We run CARBON with care but on a best-effort basis: there is no uptime guarantee, and the game operator can change the game at any time in ways that break a feature until we fix it. We may change or retire features; if a change removes something you paid for, the refund policy applies.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy at https://carbonui.app/privacy.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to CARBON is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for the loss of a game account, in-game assets or progress.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time; delete your accounts from CARBON and let the term run out, or ask us to delete everything. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break section 7; unused full months are refunded under the refund policy unless the ending is for abuse.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce changes on the dashboard and by Telegram at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, stop using CARBON before that date and ask for a pro-rata refund of unused full months.

13. Law and contact
